1. Nature of the service
RequestWord.com offers Christian prayer, prophetic encouragement and prophetic mentoring. A prophetic response is spiritual encouragement, not fortune telling, a guaranteed prediction, professional advice, or a substitute for Scripture, prayer, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or mature pastoral counsel.
2. Support and the consumer transaction
The recommended ministry support is USD 50 for a Personal Prophetic Word and USD 200 for Prophetic Mentoring, with lower, higher and custom contribution options available. A small number of free Personal Prophetic Word places may also be offered each week when capacity allows. Those free places do not apply to Prophetic Mentoring. Monthly Personal Word uses a USD 50 recommended monthly amount with lower, higher and custom contribution options. The spiritual gift of prophecy is not for sale and support does not buy access to God. Where payment is made directly in connection with a requested personal response, RequestWord treats the transaction transparently as a paid service for consumer-law purposes.
3. What is normally provided
A Personal Prophetic Word is normally a recorded audio response with prayer and encouragement. Prophetic Mentoring is a more substantial response for focused questions and relevant context. One to three focused questions often works well, but this is guidance rather than a rigid question limit. Personal services are currently prepared and delivered in English.
4. Limited and variable ministry capacity
Personal ministry is prepared individually, and only a limited number of requests can be accepted at a time. Available capacity and current demand can vary, so the published delivery ranges are estimates rather than fixed output commitments.
5. Estimated timing
Personal Words are usually delivered within 3 to 7 days and Mentoring within 5 to 10 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Monthly Personal Word is an active recurring option. Each monthly request created by the plan is prepared within the published Personal Word delivery estimate, subject to the same limited and variable ministry capacity described above.
6. How the request process works
A Personal Word request collects only the basic information needed to identify and deliver the request; no background story is required. If a limited free Personal Word place is available and selected, the request goes directly into the ministry queue without a payment stage. Mentoring collects focused questions and relevant context after the request is confirmed. Gift requests collect recipient and delivery details. Supported requests use the integrated Stripe checkout after the ministry request is created.
7. Electronic contracting information
Paid RequestWord services are contracted in English through the electronic request and Stripe payment steps shown on the relevant page. The contractual terms version used for this checkout is 2026-08-rw-v1. Before continuing to payment, you can review and correct the information entered in the request form and read the applicable versioned English terms and versioned withdrawal information. A Czech informational translation is also available. The contract itself is concluded in English; translations are provided for information and convenience and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply. RequestWord keeps administrative records of the request and transaction as described in the Privacy Policy, and a confirmation is sent by email after the transaction.
8. Beginning a paid service during the withdrawal period
For a paid personal service, if you expressly ask Kevin Bridges to begin preparing the service during the normal 14-day withdrawal period, work may begin before that period ends and the statutory withdrawal right can end once the service has been fully completed. Although consumer law may permit a proportionate charge for work already provided in some circumstances, the current RequestWord ministry policy is more generous: if you cancel before the completed Personal Word or Mentoring response is delivered, the contribution will be refunded in full.
9. Withdrawal
The paid request flow includes the withdrawal information and consent used for paid personal services. The limited free Personal Word route does not take payment and does not show the paid-service withdrawal step. If a statutory withdrawal right applies, you can withdraw by an unambiguous statement. The secure RequestWord cancellation process is designed to make this straightforward. Opening a withdrawal link does not itself cancel a request; a deliberate cancellation action is required.
10. Refunds and problems
If you cancel before the completed Personal Word or Mentoring response is delivered, the current ministry policy is to provide a full refund. If something else has gone wrong, please contact RequestWord so the situation can be reviewed fairly. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Recurring monthly options
Monthly Ministry Support is a recurring contribution and does not include a personal response. Monthly Personal Word is a separate recurring personal-ministry option. A new Personal Prophetic Word request is normally created after each successful monthly payment. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it during the recovery period. As a pastoral courtesy, RequestWord may keep a Personal Word in the prayer queue for the first or second consecutive failed billing month while payment recovery is attempted. This grace arrangement does not create an entitlement to unpaid future words: a third consecutive failed billing month does not create another grace Personal Word, and the plan may end if payment remains unresolved through the recovery process. The plan renews automatically until cancelled through the secure subscription-management process. Cancelling the plan stops future renewals, but does not automatically cancel an individual word already created from a successful payment. Each created word has its own cancellation/refund route. Monthly Personal Word places may be limited so that recurring commitments remain within realistic ministry capacity.
12. Discernment and responsibility
Please weigh anything received through Scripture, prayer, wisdom and mature counsel. You remain responsible for decisions you make. Do not make major medical, legal, financial, relationship or safety decisions solely because of a prophetic word.
13. Requests concerning another person
Do not submit detailed private information about another person without a proper reason and permission. A Personal Word for another person should only be requested where that person would welcome receiving it. If the person is under 18, the additional parent-or-guardian safeguards in section 14 apply.
14. Personal ministry involving a child or young person
Paid personal ministry is intended to be requested by an adult. A Personal Prophetic Word for someone under 18 may be requested only by that person’s parent or legal guardian. For a recipient under 18, the completed word is delivered to the parent or guardian rather than directly to the child. RequestWord does not use a minor’s private email address for direct delivery of a paid Personal Word. Please share only the minimum information genuinely needed for the request.
15. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
Please contact RequestWord first so there is an opportunity to resolve a problem directly. Depending on the dispute and applicable law, consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
