What Is a Prophetic Mentoring Word?
When you need more space to pray, ask and discern, a Prophetic Mentoring Word is a deeper personal response for a season when you are carrying focused questions and would value more than a single prophetic word. It brings together prayer, prophetic encouragement, biblical discernment and thoughtful mentoring, while leaving you free to test and weigh what is shared.
What it is
Prophetic ministry with room for your questions
There are seasons when a simple word of encouragement is enough. There are other times when you are facing a transition, carrying a longstanding question, weighing something you believe God has spoken, or trying to understand what faithfulness looks like in a complicated situation. Prophetic Mentoring is designed for those moments.
Prophetic Mentoring gives you space to share your focused questions and the relevant context as part of the request itself. One to three focused questions often works well, but that is guidance rather than a rigid limit. I then take what you have shared into prayer and prepare a more substantial personal response.
The aim is not to take responsibility for your decisions. It is to help you listen, discern, recognise what God may be highlighting, and move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Mentoring may be useful when the real question is not simply “What is going to happen?”, but “How do I understand this season, what should I be paying attention to, and how do I move forward faithfully?”

How to frame a mentoring question
Prophetic Mentoring works best when a question leaves room for prayer, discernment and what God may want to highlight, rather than asking for a guaranteed prediction.
Questions that leave room to discern
Instead of: “Is this definitely the person God wants me to marry?”
Try: “What might God be highlighting about this relationship, and what should I be paying attention to as I pray and discern?”
Instead of: “Tell me exactly when I will get a new job.”
Try: “What should I be noticing or learning as I seek God about work and my next step?”
Instead of: “Will this definitely work out the way I want?”
Try: “What may be on God's heart for me in this situation, and how should I respond?”
You do not need to phrase everything perfectly. If a question is very narrow or asks for certainty about timing or a specific outcome, I may prayerfully approach it more broadly through discernment, season, response and possible next steps.
What mentoring is not
Prophetic Mentoring is not fortune-telling, a guaranteed prediction of the future, or a way of handing another person authority over your conscience. I will not present a prophetic impression as a substitute for Scripture, prayer, mature counsel or your own responsibility.
Where a situation involves medical, legal, financial, safeguarding or other professional issues, prophetic mentoring can sit alongside appropriate professional help, but it should not replace it.

Your Mentoring includes a personal prophetic word. I will normally also provide a written mentoring response, with relevant teaching, worksheets or resources where these would genuinely help.

A prayerfully prepared personal prophetic word, normally recorded as audio, forming the spiritual foundation of the mentoring response.
A written mentoring response
I will normally also provide a written response applying what has been received in prayer to the questions and situation you have shared, with room for biblical reflection and practical discernment.

Where it genuinely adds value, I may also include teaching, worksheets, reflection prompts or other resources appropriate to your situation.

I want mentoring to strengthen your own prayer, discernment and responsibility. A prophetic word can encourage, confirm, challenge or bring a different perspective, but it should be weighed. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

When do I send my questions?
Include your focused questions and relevant context in the Mentoring request form before continuing to payment. This means I have the information I need when the paid request enters the preparation queue.
How much background should I give?
Only what is genuinely useful for understanding the question. You do not need to write a complete history. Focused context is normally more helpful than a very long account.
How many questions can I ask?
One to three focused questions often works well, but this is guidance rather than a rigid limit. The aim is to keep the request focused enough for meaningful prayer and mentoring.
How should I phrase a question?
Questions about what God may be highlighting, how to discern a situation, what to pay attention to, or how to respond are usually more helpful than asking for guaranteed dates or outcomes. If a question is very narrow, I may prayerfully approach it more broadly.
How long does Prophetic Mentoring usually take?
Mentoring is usually delivered within 5 to 10 days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee because current demand and available ministry capacity can affect the queue.
What language is the mentoring delivered in?
Prophetic Mentoring is currently prepared and delivered in English.
Am I paying to receive prophecy?
No. The suggested ministry support does not buy access to God or make a prophetic impression infallible. It supports the substantial personal time involved in prayer, preparation, mentoring and delivery, and helps sustain the wider ministry.
