Spiritual authority is not spiritual paranoia
Christians can believe in spiritual opposition without becoming afraid of every setback, delay, dream or difficult person. Fear can make ordinary problems appear supernatural and can make wise practical responses seem unspiritual.
Start with Christ, not the enemy
Healthy spiritual warfare keeps attention on Christ’s authority, prayer, truth, obedience and peace. It does not require endless fascination with demons, curses or hidden enemies.
Some problems need practical answers
A financial problem may need a budget. A health problem may need a doctor. A relationship may need boundaries. A legal problem may need legal advice. Prayer can accompany those actions rather than replacing them.
Do not use prophecy to accuse people
Be especially careful with prophetic claims that identify a specific person as a witch, enemy or source of spiritual attack. Such claims can damage relationships and increase fear without reliable evidence.
Peace can be part of warfare
Refusing panic, rejecting condemnation, praying clearly and doing the next wise thing can be deeply spiritual responses. You do not have to understand every unseen cause in order to walk faithfully with God.
